Private Certified Housing

Private Certified Housing is an excellent housing option for transfer students! PCH provides the community atmosphere of a residence hall in conjunction with floor plans similar to apartment style living. Best of all, PCH facilities are certified by the University to house ALL STUDENTS. Within Private Certified Housing, residents have the opportunity to interact daily with other students, on their floor and in the dining facilities. These facilities offer educational and social programming so you are sure to meet new friends. Many units also offer extra amenities such as larger rooms, single rooms, kitchens, locations close to class and roommate matching to name a few. For those students who still prefer off campus apartments, many PCH halls also offer meal plans, for purchase by apartment dwellers, that provide a healthy warm meal without the hassle of cooking. Sororities and Fraternities

The University is home to one of the nation's largest sorority and fraternity communities. Membership in sororities and fraternities is by invitation, extended after recruitment/intake period. Some of the sororities and fraternities have houses for their members. Sorority and fraternity houses, located near campus, provide housing for more than 2,400 women and men. Room and board costs for sororities and fraternities are set by the individual organizations and are not tied to the cost of the University residence halls.
